I use mindfulness, DBT, CBT, and ACT frequently in sessions. I typically see my clients for 3 months-2 years and we get deep, real, and raw to start to heal. I'm not a therapist that is going to just sit back we are going to reveal, heal and prevail.

Learn how codependency develops and how to manage it with healthy boundaries, how to embrace and love who we are even if others don’t, and how to cope with trauma triggers, build up your resiliency, and learn internal skills to promote healing.

Down to earth, humorous, and I keep it real with my clients. I'm big on our collaborative and honest relationship as being the foundation for change.

Have several relationships where they give their all and don't feel like their needs are met, have poor boundaries or never grew up with boundaries, are always exhausting themselves to please others, or want to move beyond lingering family trauma.

I love holding a space to celebrate successes and learn how to move forward and feel empowered and harness our own inner power drawing on experiences.

My practice is aimed to recognize our humanity with humility as well as transparency with a collaborative mindset. Therapy with me can be tough, humorous, person centered, but most of all real. My goal is to help you achieve your goals and live well.
